Permitted use and accounts

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, respect confidentiality and use the platform only for lawful business purposes. Sales assignments, lead protection, commissions and payment terms are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Protected relationships

Companies and sales professionals must not bypass Revenue Makers in relation to protected leads, assigned products or opportunities during the contractual protection period.

Service conditions

Platform information does not replace the signed commercial agreement. Availability, warranties, liability limits, dispute procedures and governing law follow the applicable agreement and mandatory law.
