This notice explains the roles and safeguards used when Revenue Makers processes personal data for companies, sales professionals and customers.

Controlled processing

Data is processed for documented platform and contractual purposes with access controls, authentication, backups and reasonable organizational and technical safeguards.

Approved processors

Hosting, email, analytics and other approved providers may process limited information where necessary. Appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards should be used where required by law.

Lifecycle management

Information is retained only as long as needed for platform operations, lead protection, contracts, legal obligations and dispute management. Relevant security incidents are investigated and notified where applicable law requires.
